Mythos Comics Group is an independent comic and entertainment company founded by Justin and Amy Hunt, focused on creating original stories rooted in mythology, folklore, horror, fantasy, history, and cinematic storytelling. Our goal is to create immersive worlds and unforgettable characters that feel both imaginative and grounded in reality.
We specialize in dark fantasy, gothic horror, folklore-inspired tales, supernatural thrillers, and emotionally driven stories that blend original concepts with historical events, myths, legends, and unsolved mysteries throughout history.
Our books, collectibles, and specialty merchandise can be purchased directly through our website, at select conventions and live events, and through limited retail partners and Kickstarter campaigns when available.
Some stories exist within shared mythologies and hidden historical timelines, while others are standalone experiences. Part of the fun is discovering the subtle connections woven throughout the Mythos universe.
At this time, Mythos Comics Group is not accepting unsolicited creative submissions, including scripts, story ideas, artwork, or pitches. As a small independent company, we are currently focused on developing our existing projects and internal creative slate.
Absolutely – we love seeing fan interpretations of our worlds and characters. Fans are encouraged to share artwork inspired by Mythos Comics Group titles and characters through social media and direct contact submissions. From time to time, selected fan art may be featured on our website or social channels with full artist credit.
Fan art and cosplay are encouraged for personal enjoyment and community engagement. However, Mythos Comics Group characters, logos, and intellectual properties may not be reproduced, printed, sold, or commercially distributed without prior written permission from Mythos Comics Group.
Absolutely. We love seeing fans bring our characters to life through cosplay, photography, conventions, and creative performances. We encourage fans to share cosplay photos and tag us on social media so we can celebrate the creativity of the Mythos community.
Yes. In addition to comics and graphic novels, Mythos continues expanding into films through MCG Films, as well as specialty collaborations including craft beer partnerships, collectibles, statues, coffee products, and other immersive merchandise inspired by our stories and characters.
